We are seeking mathematically talented students in standards XI and XII as applicants to PROMYS India, a challenging residential six-week summer programme run in partnership with the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore. PROMYS India 2025 is free for all accepted students.
Would you, or students you know, be excited to delve deeply into fundamental mathematical questions within a richly stimulating, supportive, and collaborative community including undergraduate counsellors, research mentors, faculty, and visiting mathematicians?
Programme dates: 11 May – 21 June 2025

Location: Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in Bengaluru
Cost: Full scholarships for all students cover tuition, hostel, and meals. Additional need-based funds available for travel and laundry expenses.

The application is HERE and includes an intriguing problem set. Interested students are advised to give themselves as much time as possible to think about the application problems. Through their work on the problems, successful applicants will demonstrate their ability to think deeply about unfamiliar mathematical challenges. Applicants do not need to have taken advanced courses or participated in competitions.
